A short, finished story with expensive choices

Te Amo Vol. 1 is a modern drama with intimate scenes: one season, 10 episodes, 184 choices, all released. A writer with a deadline escapes to a remote guesthouse by the sea, and three other guests turn up. From Episode 2 on, the teasers read like notes in the margin of her manuscript, from "I believed my first impression was right, but…" to "You can't fix the past, but you can change how it shapes the present."

Two love interests at nearly the same price

A route is made of romance steps, the choices that move a romance forward.

Thomas: 6 steps, 2 free, 245 diamonds. Michael, a guest at the hotel: 6 steps, 1 free, 282 diamonds.

The difference is 37 diamonds, so pick by heart. 300 saved covers either one.

Paid choices here are pricey, so Rush matters

55 of the 184 choices are paid, under a third, but buying all of them would run to 6,091 diamonds, about 110 per paid choice on average. That's steep for a 10-episode story.

The priciest episodes: "Weaknesses" (Episode 7, 6 paid choices, up to 794), "Making Acquaintances" (Episode 2, up to 720) and "The Closing Lines" (Episode 9, up to 671). "Making Acquaintances" comes right at the start, so I'd play it free and replay it during Diamond Rush, when paid choices are free in every story.

There are also 15 achievements to collect, which is a good reason for a second playthrough.
