Verdict: the route you can actually pay for
Ramesses costs 687 diamonds. That's a lot less than Amen at 1995, Livius at 1201 or Set at 899, and he still has 22 steps across all four seasons. Only Anubis is cheaper, at 411, but his route is only nine choices long and sits in Season 3.
Where the diamonds go
The route opens with "Fine. If you're so worried about me…" for 19 in Season 1, Episode 4. Season 1 is ten small choices, 234 in total, with "Lean in for a kiss…" at 34 in Episode 12 as the top one.
Season 2 is the expensive part, 320 diamonds:
- Episode 10: "I don't want to be apart…" — 77.
- Episode 3: "Stay a little longer. What if we never see each other again." — 70.
- Episode 9: "Show affection." — 56.
Season 3 is 100 diamonds over four choices, and Season 4 ends it with "Kissed him goodbye." for 33 in Episode 1.
How I'd play it
Pay as you go through Season 1. In Season 2, I'd save the 77 and the 70 for Diamond Rush on a separate slot; the rest is cheap enough to buy. The only free step is "You are the best man in the world!" in Season 1, Episode 5, so don't skip it. To compare, see Livius or the story page.
