Xavier: how to romance them in Waterlily

Verdict: the budget route

Xavier costs 219 diamonds, the lowest in Waterlily; Fabian is 362 and Declan 384. His route has 7 steps, 2 of them free, and it touches only six episodes, so the rest of the story is yours to play as you like.

Every step

• Episode 1, Annabel Lee: "Since when are you an EMT?" — free.
• Episode 1: "Take his hand." — 18.
• Episode 4, The Double Image: "So it's just Declan who's useless?" — free.
• Episode 5, The Road Not Taken: "Ask him to share his perspective." — 52.
• Episode 8, We Wear the Mask: "Xavier." — 30.
• Episode 11, The Truth the Dead Know: "Let Xavier defend you." — 51.
• Episode 13, Lady Lazarus: "Remember the night you wrote about Xavier." — 68.

How I'd play it

I'd pay as I go: no episode on his route costs more than 68. If you're short, Episode 13 is the one to save for Diamond Rush on a separate slot. Xavier shares Episode 5 with Fabian, and Episodes 8 and 11 with Declan, so those are good save points if you're still choosing. The story is still coming out. Compare with Fabian and Declan.
