Cain: how to romance them in Heaven's Secret 3

Verdict: mid-priced, no choice above 77

Cain costs 365 diamonds, in the upper half of the 16 love interests in Heaven's Secret 3: Hunger tops the list at 577 and Boris is the cheapest at 231. His route has 8 steps, and the biggest single choice is 77, so there's no one scary bill.

Every step

• Season 1, Episode 3, Awakening: "Cain." — 20.
• Season 1, Episode 7, Follow Me!: "Cain." for 26, the free "Thank you for not leaving me alone." and "Cain standing next to me." for 46.
• Season 1, Episode 29: "Cain touch me." — 72.
• Season 2, Episode 2: "But found Cain instead." — 77.
• Season 2, Episode 9: "Cain come in." — 56.
• Season 2, Episode 13: "Cover yourself with a blanket and reach for your robe." — 68.

How I'd play it

Season 1 is 164 diamonds spread over 30 episodes, so I'd pay it as I go. Season 2 is 201 over three choices; that's where a separate save slot and Diamond Rush pay off, especially for the 77 and the 68. Episode 3 of Season 1 is where several routes branch at 20 diamonds each, so pick there with Cain in mind. Compare with Yan at 360 or Boris at 231.
